First Quarter MLS was billed January 1, 2022
and is due no later than February 1, 2022
More than 600 homes have burned as of 12/30/21 as a result of the fast-moving Marshall and Middle Fork Fires in Boulder County. The scope of devastation and potential casualties is unknown at this time, but already the Marshall Fire has been declared the most destructive fire in Colorado history. The CAR Foundation will provide housing relief funds to victims and asks for your help to support our Colorado neighbors in crisis.

NAR Ethics
NAR requires all members take a minimum of 2.5 hours of Ethics every three year cycle. The current cycle is January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2025. Members must take Ethics in this cycle.
When you register for Ethics make sure it is an NAR approved class or it will not count for your Ethics requirement!
